Shipping & Refund
You are excited to receive your package!! We completely understand. Although we wish that we could send your items in a spaceship that would arrive to you in 5.2 seconds, we can't. So here are some things to keep in mind about our shipping and refund policies.
Processing time is 2-5 business days
Shipping is 5-7 business days (usually sooner depending on orders). You will receive a tracking number.
We do not ship or process orders on the weekends. Business days only.
Please make sure your address is correct! If the items are returned to us, you will have to pay to reship as well as a 10% restocking fee. Items will be kept for 10 days.
Check your items upon arrival and contact us immediately if items are missing. You have 10 days. After that we will not be responsible for replacements.
We are not responsible for delays with USPS, damages made in transit, lost packages, or tracking issues. Once it leaves our facility and states it has been delivered, we will not be held accountable, and you will need to contact your local post office to file a claim.
ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NONREFUNDABLE and cannot be exchanged. Once the work is done, its done. Last minute changes will not be tolerated. Understand this is a Print and Press company. Custom orders made by our hands. Time and Hard work will not be wasted.
Items with tags and original packaging must be accepted for a return. Once accepted a return shipping label will be sent to have items returned and store credit will be given. YOU HAVE 10 DAYS.
